blah, blah…we’ve heard it all before, right? Not so fast. Anyone who knows me knows I love data, and as much of it as possible. I’m not really so interested in someone’s opinion or the conventional wisdom–I’d rather test a theory and see what happens.
This is one of the reasons I love Brian Wansink’s work. Ever since Mindless Eating came out, I’ve been obsessed with his research, and am trying to make sure as many RDs and CDEs know about it. Knowledge is power, right? (This is why Skelly Publishing is offering a CPE program on Mindless Eating come January.) Anyway, Brian and the IFIC (International Food Information Council) teamed up to present a great webinar on the topic back in November. Unfortunately, it wasn’t recorded. But there’s a great video from him, along with a blog with some great tips and additional videos on the subject.
